What is the structure of the program?

Your Job Search Playbook: Strategies for Success is a self-paced program built around the CAREERS framework, guiding you through every stage of the job search process. The program includes seven structured modules that you can complete at your own pace, along with weekly group calls coaching and Q&A calls to provide real-time support and feedback. The program also includes a professional resume update and an audit/feedback on your LinkedIn profile. Other tools include an interactive inteview vehicle that allows you to 'practice' interviews and your answers!

Is the program self-paced or does it follow a set schedule?

The program is structured to work at the pace that works for you. Please know that there is a sense of urgency built into the structure of Your Job Search Playbook and you can put a lot of the information to work ASAP. While the program is in-depth, our guidance, based on working with a wide range of professionals is to allow 30 Days to really work the program at a detail level and to be involved in several group-coaching calls. 60 Days gives some breathing room or allowing for you still being employed or having kids at home – and 90 Days to really be versed in each aspect, but most participants won’t need that long. No matter how much time you can put into it, we know it will significantly cut your time to find and secure another position!

Is there a community component where I can interact with other participants?

Yes! You will have continued access to our private Weekly Coaching groups, where you can connect with fellow participants, share experiences, and gain additional insights.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, we understand that investing in your career development is significant. To make our program more accessible, we offer a payment plan option that allows you to spread the total cost into three equal monthly installments. Additionally, other, longer plans are made available thru our payments provider.

What is the refund policy if I'm not satisfied with the program?

We offer a 7-day refund period for the program. However, if you have concerns or are not satisfied, please reach out, and we will do our best to resolve any issues and ensure you get the most value from the program.
